Service Delivery Netowrk Manager Location: Chicago, IL The Service Delivery Network Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality network services and support to clients. This role ensures that the network infrastructure meets the needs of the business, aligns with best practices, and is maintained to high standards.

The manager will lead a team of network engineers and support staff, coordinate with other departments, and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless network operations and continuous improvement. Role & Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of network, datacenter, and telephony services., ensuring they meet established SLAs and client expectations. Manage Critical Incident & drive to immediate closures with necessary intervention.

Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective network service delivery. Monitor network performance and ensure the resolution of incidents and issues promptly. Regular analysis of tickets.

Derive & Drive SIPs on process, tools & automation Review availability, scalability & capacity planning of the project resources Build, Lead, Coach and develop technical teams, Get into necessary technical discussions & guide teams Review and control the vendor & subcontractor performance Perform & Participate in various quality & risk audit as per applicable compliances Single point of contact for Network tower for the customer management Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Timely escalation to higher management Participate in business meetings with various stake holders. Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.

Drive service improvement programs. Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

Ensure the network infrastructure is secure, scalable, and up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. Oversee network upgrades, installations, and maintenance. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in network service delivery. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the network infrastructure. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Technical Skills Experience in multiple flavors of Networking Technology/Devices (CISCO, Juniper, Avaya tec.) Experience in Virtualization and clustering products (network virtualization, data center networking, Telecom Expense Management, SDWAN Concept) Experience in HA products (network high availability setup and operations, single point of failure analysis) Experience in Wireless, Network Load Balancing, Network Security products (IPS/IDS, Fire wall), Band width Optimization technology, SDN concepts, Telecom Expense Management Manage projects related to the implementation and upgrade of network, datacenter, and telephony services. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Well versed with latest industry trends in the specific function Process & Tools:

Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) are desirable. Expert in various ticketing tools and reporting Capacity management tools Knowledge in other domains such as Storage, Backup, Database, Middleware etc.
