Our company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager in San Diego, CA.
These positions are to fill the onsite Service Delivery Manager positions that are dedicated to the County of San Diego Business Groups and GITMs. This position is required to be onsite with the customer and the GITM and is the primary faceoff and point of contact for all operational issues and proactive duties that impact the business group.
This role consists of the following tasks: Incident Management Problem Management Escalation Management Change and Release Management Capacity and performance Management Escalation Management Outage response and resolution Communications Management Proactive prevention of issues utilizing data provided to lessen the impact of issues for the Business
This position is to fill the onsite Service Delivery Manager position that are dedicated to a County of San Diego Business Group.
This position is required to be onsite with the customer and the county IT manager, and is the primary point of contact for all operational issues and proactive issue identification and resolution that impact the business group.
These include the following operational support areas:
Change and Release Management
Capacity and performance Management
Outage response and resolution communications to management
Proactive prevention of issues utilizing data and tools to lessen the impact of issues for the Business.
3+ years Incident and Problem resolution
2+ years customer facing and relationship skills
2+ years dealing with change and release management
Mandatory 24x7 on call rotation required
Must be local and in San Diego, CA
Must have technical background
