Position Description:

We have an immediate need to hire an accomplished Service Delivery Manager with 10+ years of IT experience to join our Financial Services Group in Pittsburgh, PA. Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Experienced in service delivery processes and end-to-end delivery of complex projects

  • Good exposure to project financials with the ability to develop and manage revenue, cost and profitability

  • Manage and deliver client engagements on-time/on budget and contribute to a high level of client satisfaction

  • Support Client relationship and Business Development. Understand and Address client concerns on resources and delivery

  • Track deliverables as per milestones and report to management and all stakeholders

  • Manage delivery team and support all aspects of project planning and execution activities

  • Provide administrative/operational leadership and ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained

Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT industry

  • 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager

  • Service Delivery Management experience

  • Production & Infrastructure Support experience

  • Strong Project Management (5+ years)

  • Technical background with a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle

  • Operational Process development experience

  • Exposure to project financials with the ability to develop and manage revenue, cost and profitability

  • Apply CGI quality methodologies across the portfolio; understanding a wide range of technologies offerings delivered to a large number of clients.

  • Solid organizational skills and ability to work with multiple priorities

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personalities.

  • Solid documentation skills.

Desired Skills:

Experience working in Banking and/or Financial domain

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

The Service Delivery Analyst and Implementation Support Representative will accomplish this impact through proper project tracking methodology, raising issues and escalating when necessary as well as timely resolution of client issues. General Responsibilities * Assist Service Delivery team in building and maintaining a high level of client service. * Actively assist service delivery team in all aspects of client life cycle – needs assessment, solutions, negotiations, retention and client growth initiatives. * Manage execution and implementation of amendments, additions, SOWs and termination of all Access Data contracts. * Identify and resolve workflow issues. * You will collaborate with service delivery and implementations team and will need to prepare business review documents and coordinate client implementations, conversions or pre-defined project initiatives. * You will create and maintain procedural documentation related to Broadridge client processes. * Provide effective, efficient, timely and complete solutions to customers during issue resolution. * Maintain positive relationships with clients as well as with internal Broadridge personnel. * Keep track of issues and ensure proper fixes to address them. * Provide feedback on both technical and business issues to Service Delivery, Project Managers and Developers. * You will design, develop and update a variety of learning content and educational webinars.
