Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead (SDL) who will be responsible for establishing, refining, and overseeing IT service delivery to internal and external customers. This position will support a contract tasked with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining onsite and cloud-based enterprise IT solutions for an intelligence customer in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Successful candidates shall ensure that policies and processes are in place to deliver consistent, efficient, and effective services. Additionally, they will engage customers, evaluate their feedback, and develop quality improvement processes.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Determining usage specifications

  • Transposing the requirements to system utilization specifications.

  • Determining the required resources.

  • Preparing and maintaining a capacity plan.

  • Monitoring the performance and performing fine-tuning.

  • Performing improvements to achieve the agreed service level and usage specifications.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience directly related to IT services.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience managing technical/support teams in a related subject area to that of the TOR.

  • Experience utilizing IT service planning.

  • Experience performing in medium to large scale operations of IT Service Management.

  • Experience utilizing service delivery in a government systems and services environment.

  • Experience utilizing Agile development, DevOps, and knowledge management.

  • ITIL certification.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
