Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Service Delivery for a marquee client. Responsible for managing operations for Online Ad Technical and Sales Support
Manage a P&L of US$10-15 Million

Conceptualizing and implementing business plans in tandem with the vision of the business unit and the organization

Focus on quality service delivery enhance the client satisfaction score and manage profitable growth

Transition:

Evaluation and prioritization of business processes for offshore service delivery

Interface with client teams to evolve a suitable transition approach

Oversee knowledge transfer

Manage the relationship with the client business heads

Operations:

Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements as per agreed SLAs.

Should ensure Customer satisfaction & Operational excellence

Function as point of escalation for all delivery issues

Build and manage excellent business relationships with internal/external customer groups, peers, and senior management

Ensure training & developmental plan for all the team members

Transformation:

Innovate and Improvise on processes with hard targets for process improvements

Evaluate process changes feasibility and work closely with the client to implement changes

Driving Quality initiatives including Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma etc.

Imbibe the clients culture of focus on value in the team with implementation of Value Portal

Work with Transformation Board for a generation, evaluation, and implementation of big-ticket ideas

Skill set:

Necessary Skills

Deep domain expertise in Online Ad / SEM space.
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, with an ability to lead the team from the front; should have handled large teams (500+ FTEs)
Good Analytical Skills; Expertise in analyzing and coordinating supply chain data and reports
Excellent Communications skills, both verbal and Non-Verbal
Desired Skill Sets / Preferred Attributes:


Good knowledge of Quality Principles and Six Sigma certification.
Educational

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree from Reputed University; MBA

Experience:

Minimum 15+ years of experience in Managing Service Delivery and Operations for technology clients as detailed above

These candidates will be working to resolve the customer issues and working with a high volume of cases on a day to day. Candidates will need to follow up and follow through with the cases and the customers. There will be escalations that will need to be resolved as well. These roles will be working directly with customers and account managers.<br /> <br /> Candidates will be working on more transactional type cases. These candidates will not be working directly with customers but will be taking a high-volume amount of cases. There will be established guidelines to follow for these roles.<br /> <br /> General JD:<br /> <br /> Provides quick and accurate customer call resolution and/or routing to the appropriate team or Support Professional within the targeted support application via phone and electronic case transfers. Handling escalations from customers.
