Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Service Delivery for a marquee client. Responsible for managing operations for Online Ad Technical and Sales Support
Manage a P&L of US$10-15 Million

Conceptualizing and implementing business plans in tandem with the vision of the business unit and the organization

Focus on quality service delivery enhance the client satisfaction score and manage profitable growth


Evaluation and prioritization of business processes for offshore service delivery

Interface with client teams to evolve a suitable transition approach

Oversee knowledge transfer

Manage the relationship with the client business heads


Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements as per agreed SLAs.

Should ensure Customer satisfaction & Operational excellence

Function as point of escalation for all delivery issues

Build and manage excellent business relationships with internal/external customer groups, peers, and senior management

Ensure training & developmental plan for all the team members


Innovate and Improvise on processes with hard targets for process improvements

Evaluate process changes feasibility and work closely with the client to implement changes

Driving Quality initiatives including Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma etc.

Imbibe the clients culture of focus on value in the team with implementation of Value Portal

Work with Transformation Board for a generation, evaluation, and implementation of big-ticket ideas

Skill set:

Necessary Skills

Deep domain expertise in Online Ad / SEM space.
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, with an ability to lead the team from the front; should have handled large teams (500+ FTEs)
Good Analytical Skills; Expertise in analyzing and coordinating supply chain data and reports
Excellent Communications skills, both verbal and Non-Verbal
Desired Skill Sets / Preferred Attributes:

Good knowledge of Quality Principles and Six Sigma certification.


Bachelors Degree from Reputed University; MBA


Minimum 15+ years of experience in Managing Service Delivery and Operations for technology clients as detailed above

The Service Delivery Manager is an exempt position responsible for the leadership and supervision of the Exela Receiving department at our client's campus facility. You will be responsible to plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the Receiving team. You will be responsible for 20-22 direct reports. A manager in this setting must be able to work well with people while ensuring that activities and policies are carried out according to corporate guidelines. Excellent leadership and communication skills are important. Formulate gap analysis activities and related actions for individuals in need of professional development. * Demonstrate exemplary ethical conduct that establishes an atmosphere of trust and support * And of course…smile, have fun, work hard and achieve awesome success Managing operations * This position is responsible for timely and accurate receipt of inbound USPS mail, parcels, freight, special projects and communications with other departments and customers. * Interact daily with our customers to ensure we understand existing and emerging customer needs and SLA compliance. Plan for, forecast and adjust according to those needs in a proactive manor. * Utilize team to identify operational improvements in areas, such as; processing accuracy, package accountability, research reduction and process flow. * Collaborate with other Exela Managers both on and offsite to share best practices, leverage resources/assets, etc. * Make business decisions based on available qualitative data. Driving the business to achieve account Key Performance Indicators (KPI) goals. * Maintains physical condition of space by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting individual work areas. * Safeguards operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. * SAFETY: Maintain a safe working environment and protect our people, company assets, and facilities. Monitor and improve accident frequency, Ensure each associate understands their individual role and responsibilities, as well as the group's role and responsibilities required to achieve and maintain a safe work place, Proactively identify and correct unsafe conditions, work processes, and behaviors, Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures. * Responsible for all aspects of operating day-to-day services of direct reports (including monitoring staffing levels, scheduling, coordinating workflow, prioritizing jobs, and delegating duties. * Manage Personnel–To include time and payroll authorization, training approval and vacation approval. Duties also include hiring and termination authorization, annual reviews, merit increase actions and corrective action plan administration, with approval one-up manager or HR, as needed. * Manage Quality/Workflow compliance – demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm and utilization of quality tools to drive SLA attainment and exceed client expectations. Ensure service levels are clearly communicated, understood, and performed by your staff. * Finance: Manage the operation with integrity to meet or exceed budgeted targets. Identifies issues or opportunities with the operating metrics. Manages the ordering and use of department supplies. * Perform administrative tasks, provide volumes/billing inputs to one-up manager, and other assigned duties in a timely manner. * Utilize technology to perform tasks efficiently, providing guidance to improve operational processes. * Growth: Execute a process to track volumes received, Identify and seize profitable business opportunities, utilize available metrics to monitor and maximize customer efficiencies and achieve cost savings. * Form strong working relationships with vendors. Effectively balance resources to maximize productivity and efficiency. * Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred. Four (4) years college/equivalent related functional experience, including supervising logistic teams and mailroom operations experience. * Demonstrated leadership experience required; minimum five years management experience with domestic and international shipping, with regular customer interaction preferred. * Knowledge of warehousing, logistics and or mail operations, features of service, systems, policies and procedures. * Requires a valid driver's license and must pass a DMV check and drug test * Ability to demonstrate positive behaviors, lead, and embrace change * Strong customer relationship building skills, and demonstrated passion for using creative solutions to exceed customer expectations * Proven experience in a fast-paced, high volume team environment where multi-tasking and making reliable decisions under pressure and the norm * Proven written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills * Focuses energy on top priorities; excellent planning and organizational skills * Financial acumen and ability to drive revenue and profitably * Knowledge of technology and deep understanding of Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Xbox, Windows Phone, Surface, and services) * Physical requirements include the ability to do the following with or without accommodations: Ability to lift 70 lbs.
