Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader to be part of our payment networks operation team. You will be responsible for the build out of a payment network, managing network mandates, and working with our internal technology teams to update our systems in support of external and network related change. Applicant should be a card payment network expert, and have a passion for execution and operations.

Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs. Leads major projects, programs or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams.

Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans. Associates in the Service Delivery function are responsible for Relationship Management / Account Management of a client / business area in all information technology activities. The role requires one to be a proactive and strategic business partner in an IT environment striving to meet current and anticipated business objectives.

The relationship manager serves as a single point of contact for the client and must be capable of managing initiative-based portfolios in a multi-matrixed environment. They are also the escalation point for unresolved problems, complaints and complex service requests. Key skill sets include the ability to execute a portfolio using consulting skills and conflict resolution, proactively drive innovative business solutions, and use technical, enterprise, and business knowledge to work across structures to meet customer needs. Required Skills

  • Program Management and strong process background

  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite

  • 5+ years managing multiple projects

  • Mastery of Software Delivery Lifecycle timelines and dependencies

  • 5+ Years managing network operations for a major network such as VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Etc. - including network mandates and internal projects

Desired Skills

  • Experience liaising between technology and line of business teams, including senior and executive leaders within the line of business

  • Experience managing an alternative payment network

Leads a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact. Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results.

Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of an IT environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives. Participates with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area. Serves as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints and complex service requests.

Provides the client areas with technology products and service alternatives that improve the IT service delivery process. Associates in this job code do not manage people.

Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. This position will play a key role in the delivery of this eONE enterprise initiative and the availability of this data on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis. The successful candidate will perform complex analysis and research on risk data and systems to support regulatory reporting. They will work with risk, finance, project management, technology and many other groups throughout the company to ensure this data is successfully provisioned from approved provisioning points and other temporary tactical sources that translate into the eONE data repository. The technology environment includes Oracle, Teradata, OFSAA FSDF, Hadoop (HUE), Exadata, OBIEE, Ab Initio, Collibra, and others. This position will be a part of the eONE Operations Utility Team focused on commercial, consumer, deposits, securities, derivatives, master / reference, universal extract and external engine indicative data. This team is responsible for the timely, accurate and safe loading of daily, monthly and quarterly data needed to produce the eONE Risk and Regulatory reports in scope in accordance with compliance and governance group to ensure appropriate controls are executed within eONE. This position will interact with multiple Agile scrum teams reviewing and implementing controls as new functionality is released.
