The Service Coordinator at Sewell Ford Lincoln in Odessa, is responsible for top of the line client experiences for our service guests.
Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling appointments, drop offs, deliveries, tow-ins, and other logistics for our guests and their vehicles, while working closely with service advisors to ensure efficency and timely repair timelines for Sewell clientele. Other responsibilities include assisting with conducting followup calls to past service guests, taking general dealership calls, and driving/delivering vehicles.

This is a full time role scheduled: 7:30 am
6:00 pm Monday
Friday and rotating Saturdays 8:00 am
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or the equivalent
Factory training credentials preferred
Experience in auto repair facility
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and must be insurable
Compensation is based on experience
