We are a commercial roofing provider that services the south east Michigan area. We provide repair and new roof installation services to commercial customers. About the Position

The Service Coordinator is the nucleus of our Service Department. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide updates on service requests.

  • Maintain service records and documentation in our web-based system (FCS)

  • Scheduling of service visits and communicating with customers about scheduling.

  • Finalizing invoices (proof reading, fixing issues and publishing).

  • Sending out daily schedule.

  • Creating proposals/estimates.

  • Answering customer questions about services rendered or proposals.

  • Performing administrative tasks within (FCS).

  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

  • Finalizing timecards to be processed for payroll.

  • Completing General Contractor prequalification packets.

  • Assisting Service Manager.

  • General Administrative Support.

  • Take ownership of issues and drive them to ground.

About You

You must have prior success in providing stellar customer service in a service industry-related capacity. You must be willing to learn our processes/systems. You will need to be excellent at keeping organized in a face paced environment and have a continued desire to learn. You should be driven, tech savvy, a fast learner, problem solver, critical thinker, analytical/attention to detail and appreciate autonomy.

Resume must reflect 4+ years' experience in:

  • Office setting

  • Customer Service

  • Detail oriented data entry

  • Working with technology such as Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, and Gmail

Any experience in the following is a bonus but not necessary:

  • Roofing

  • Service-related industry dispatching

  • FCS platform

  • Project management/estimating

The Schedule

Typical working hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Full time on-site position.

Pay negotiable based on experience, starting at $44,000 per year
