What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group's Porsche St. Louis, is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
Follows and abides by all company policies
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Extends a warm greeting to all incoming and outbound customers
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so questions can be answered accurately
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Coordinate with valet to have loaner vehicles cleaned inside and out prior to loaning to customers
Ensure loaner vehicles are checked in properly for damage and fuel usage
Ensure proper documentation requirements are met for all loaner contracts
Maintain gas tank levels to make sure loaner vehicles are filled before loaning to customers
Ensure loaners are lined up and ready for the early appointments in the morning
Escort customers to the vehicle, perform a walk around, cover preexisting damage, and fuel levels
Communicating and coordinating with coworkers as necessary
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Maintains high customer satisfaction standards including follow up calls and emails to promote healthy CSI
Confirm all client appointments prior to the appointment date, making adjustments if necessary
Creating and maintaining work orders in absence of other service advisors
Keeps service department forms, menus, and pricing guides up to date
Handles overflow telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
Work closely with the Service Department, including attending Department meetings
The opportunity is for you if you have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
Previous customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Self-motivated and diligent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle
Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
