Global Security is seeking a Coordinator, Global Security Technology (PH) to serve as service coordinator that will have oversight of Global Security Technology's application and edge device maintenance management program. Responsibilities will include:

  • Utilize service management system to track and report service updates with stakeholders and support staff.

  • Review service requests for data integrity.

  • Track all work performed and enforce service level agreements when applicable.

  • Triage service requests and designate appropriate assignment groups.

  • Assist Global Security with work management matrix and reporting.

  • Verify validity of incidents and collate necessary information as they come in.

  • Through support staff, ensure ongoing consistent quality of service from contractors.

  • Assist with scheduling, budget forecasting and expense audits as it pertains to service requests.

  • Drive procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and casual buyers.

  • Other duties as may be assigned by Global Security Technology Leadership.

  • 5 years of administrative, financial and/or logistical management experience.

  • 2 years of experience with service management programs.

  • Knowledge of enterprise business systems and integrated management systems.

  • Knowledge of physical security systems and components.

  • Skilled in preparing reports and maintaining records.

  • Experience with coordinating, scheduling and communicating service work.

  • Communicating effectively-verbal and written skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of budgeting.
