The Coordinator, Service assists with various areas and aspects of Technical Solutions' service department for both team and departmental success. The position will assist with delivering and sustain service team requirements, key data for decision making, assist with inventory needs, and analysis for internal stakeholders.

  • WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Service Department Support

  • Prepare and/or initiate conversations regarding inventory movements for completed projects, repackable goods, warehouse damages, and other service needs,

  • Works cross functionally to communicate with service team, warehouse personnel, and other distribution centers on incoming inventory transfers,

  • Assist with validating accurate inventory purchase order for product receipt,

  • Analyze required carton inventory and other service-related parts data, as well as forecast demand to determine optimal stock for departmental usage,

  • Support service teams by analyzing weekly inventory levels and recommending actions to decrease SKUs,

  • Evaluate, research, and resolve open inventory purchase order issues, as well as inventory discrepancies for the department,

  • Request and monitor execution of cycle counts for service department,

  • Assist with processing and updating SAP production orders for areas within the service department,

Administrative Support

  • Perform system tasks to help facilitate end of month charge backs and P&L,

  • Develop and maintain work instructions for repeatable tasks within the department,

  • Assist with maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy based on accounting standards,

  • Provide backup support for administrative and project tasks.

  • ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Education

  • High School Diploma (or G.E.D.) High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related degree.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years working in administrative position dealing with warehouse operations.

  • Problem solving and critical thinking with attention to detail and follow-up.

  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR THIS ROLE

  • This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers. #LI-Hybrid

  • The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $35,360 - $41,600 per year ($17.00/ hr. - $20.00/hr. )

  • Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data.

  • This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives.
