We are seeking an energetic Service & Sales Coordinator. The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and strives to be an integral part of the team and the success of the company. They will ensure that people have a pleasant, informed, and professional experience when receiving or inquiring about products and services at XPEL.

Core Duties

• Maintaining knowledge of XPEL products; assisting retail and wholesale customers with questions on XPEL products and services

• Collaborate with Territory managers on local Dealership relationships

• Assist with creating and maintaining installer schedules and scheduling of customer installs

• Updating customers/dealerships on vehicle status

• Check-in vehicles and inspect for pre-existing damages

• Creating estimates, invoicing and billing

• Assist Store Manager with supply and inventory maintenance, ordering supplies or products as necessary to maintain required shelf quantities.

• Audit/review job lists weekly

• Assisting the Store Manager with administrative and office work as needed

• Occasionally helping to shuttle vehicles from one location to another (current driver license required)

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years experience preferred in a sales or administrative role

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively

• Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
