Create a positioning statement for the role: The Service Contract Administrator will process orders and administer customer contracts, exhibiting superior customer service. In the role of a Contract Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact between the Service Sales team and Service Organization.

Responsibilities:

Execution and improvement; generate quotations for new, renewals, modifications, and terminations.

Drive revenue recognition orders; generate service contract orders for new, renewals, modifications, and terminations.

Ensure all contract documentation deliverables (i.e. COI, W-9, qualification forms, vendor forms and set up, questionnaire, etc.) are in place for customer requirements.

Works with other departments to find solutions for both internal and external customers regarding a large variety of topics.

Follows established service quality standard and meets established processing times and follow-up actions in accordance to departmental standards (120 days validation in SFDC, order accuracy, response time etc.)

Execute reports daily/weekly/monthly; active, signed, entered, pend and all status for contract orders, and KPIs in Oracle and SFDC

Execute on customer requests; via phone, fax, email, or other electronic means.


Education and/or Work Experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED or higher

Prior experience in service contract role or equivalent

Proficiency in MS Excel

This position requires repetitive typing, considerable interaction on the telephone and regular viewing of a multiple computer monitors.

Must be flexible with hours worked to support business demands and department Monday through Friday. Some Holiday work may be required.

Preferred:

Biotechnology industry experience

Experience with Service Max

Service contract experience

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Sales Force)

Additional Requirements and Competencies:

Customer Service oriented high sense of urgency

Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position

Strong phone, verbal, and email communication skills along with active listening

High attention to detail, follow-up, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution

Works independently and as part of a team.
