Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will own our guest's experience in the service drive. You are the first point of contact with our customers. From greeting vehicle owners on the service drive to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. Our dealership has been a consecutive winner of Honda's President's Award for the last 10 years. You will be stepping in to a high-performing team of quality service advisors and technicians. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality. Being a service advisor in our service department is a fast-paced and demanding job throughout the work day. This is a performance based position with extremely competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous and effective service.

• Follow a detailed service process to ensure our guests receive the most quality and consistent service at each visit.

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer is properly addressed.

• Distribute work between technicians efficiently

• Strong communication skills in-person and digitally

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

• Clean driving record
