Luther Mazda of Kansas City is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Consultant. This position offers flexible scheduling, weekly commission, and top pay for a full-time, individual contributor role in our service department.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the dealership's service department. This includes but is not limited to:

• Greeting customers and assessing their needs for vehicle maintenance or repairs

• Recommending appropriate services to customers based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations

• Providing accurate and timely estimates for services and repairs

• Scheduling and coordinating appointments for customers

• Working closely with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs

• Following up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns

• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and promotions offered by the dealership

• Continuously striving to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, applicants should have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred

• Previous customer service or sales experience, particularly in the automotive industry, is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency with computers and software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
