Purpose of Role: The Service Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the branch including safety, quality, recruitment and lean principles.

Strong leadership, adaptable technical knowledge, and customer service skills will see you make a powerful impact in this role. You will bring a strong history of success and accomplishment and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Orange Branch has a focus on rubber lining, both in the workshop and during site shutdowns, servicing mines in the Central West region. This role would suit someone with local knowledge of mining within the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit exemplary safety focus and support safe behaviours in your facility

  • Exhibit a collaborative approach to ensure that customer needs are prioritised

  • Lead and mentor the team to achieve set KPIs across all areas required, ensuring accountability within each individual's role

  • Ownership of facility operating budget and management of production costs to plan

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, overseeing technical workshop or site operations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and effectively.

  • Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate customer preferences and provide personalized experiences.

  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.

  • Provide seamless communication and collaborative engagement with diverse departments
