Job Description:

The Disney Service Center team is responsible for ensuring our Program participants have an unforgettable and seamless program experience. Each of the four Disney Housing complexes in Orlando has a Disney Service Center. This is a "one-stop shop" to set our participants up for success especially regarding the "living" portion of the program. The cast members at the Disney Service Center play a significant role from arrivals and check-in to the program graduation. The service center team, is here to assist with all questions about the Disney College or International Program.

This opportunity is exclusively for those students who have successfully completed the Disney College Program and would like to take part in a professional role at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Internship Eligibility:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from an accredited college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.

  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization

  • Must provide full work availability

  • Must provide own transportation to/from work

  • Current Active Disney cast members must meet Professional Internship transfer guidelines (for Walt Disney World cast members this is no more than four points and one reprimand in the last six months; for Disneyland cast members this is six months of consecutive service and a performance record clear of any disciplinary issues (warnings, suspensions, etc.) for at least six months)

In this role, you will be working in one of four of the Disney Housing Service Center (DSC) office locations. You will be responsible for assisting the living and earning components of our College and International Program participants. You will be working with a team of specialists to schedule and perform apartment meetings, handle housing request & packages, role counseling, answering participants' questions and addressing concerns regarding all aspects of the programs. The Service Center Specialist supports Community Codes as well as partner with the property management company, security, HR Services and Employee Relations. This role includes a high level of administrative responsibility such as computer entry, heavy phone volume and in person communication.
