What this job involves

  • Responsible for managing customer service activities to support the maintenance request intake process and promote opportunities to evolve the customer experience for the Client and Account Team. Collaborate with key stakeholders in various functions to ensure business objectives are met and align with the Master Service Agreement.

What is your day to day?

  • Collaborate with Facilities Residential Lead to implement new customer experience initiative and incorporate best practices into daily operations managed by the Account Team.

  • Integrate JLL practices into day-to-day operations to foster relationships at the Client site.

  • Handle maintenance requests received through the Facilities Service Center and address general Facilities inquiries.

  • Conduct periodic aesthetic inspections across the campus in collaboration with the Facilities Residential Lead.

  • Work with Facilities Systems & Data Lead to generate residential/aging reports, develop maintenance system knowledge materials, and support implementation of maintenance system enhancements.

  • Assist Compliance Manager in strengthening the training program and maximizing the capabilities of the Learning Management System.

  • Manage vendor certificate of insurance to ensure timely updates of coverage.

  • Act as a back-up for Facilities Residential Lead to ensure move-in/move-out inspections are performed accurately and promptly.

  • Support the Account Team in managing administrative tasks related to bi-annual customer satisfaction surveys, summarizing results, and developing action plans.

  • Represent the Facilities team in assisting Lab Coordinators with annual lab clean-up and any ad-hoc requests/events.

  • Contribute to the Innovation Champions program to identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Provide ad-hoc assistance for the purchase order process and collaborate with Finance to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and invoicing standards set by JLL.

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • High school diploma with 1-3 years of customer service experience, ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments, effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical, medical research device, or other Life Science industry preferred.
