We are currently looking for a Temporary Service Center Manager to join our team! This position will be based out of our Syracuse, NY Service Center.
Responsible for maintaining all aspects of service center.
Receive incoming client samples and arrange for those samples to be delivered to the appropriate labs within specified time frames.
Act as a liaison between the laboratory and clients assisting with any questions concerning sample status or bottle ware questions.
Prepare sample kits for use by clients and laboratory per testing requirements.
Prepare bottle orders per customer requests for pick-up and delivery.
Provide courier service to Clients by coordinating sample pick up and deliveries.
Utilize contacts to identify additional business opportunities.
Assist with all Federal Express shipping and supply needs.
Maintain Company vehicle and service center.
Actively work towards quality objectives.
Follow all established safety practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
BA/BS degree preferred. Previous experience in a client service related position required.

Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office/production setting with adequate ventilation.
Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
Regular work schedule.
