Fox Motors has a Service Booker opening in Novi, MI at Jaguar Land Rover Novi. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build long-term relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate should have documented experience working as an automotive dealership booker or warranty administrator with knowledge of automotive: parts, diagnostic procedures, repair procedures, and general vehicle knowledge.

• Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete according to Jaguar Land Rover and dealership standards.

• Verify flagged technician labor and comments.

• Ensure corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed correctly.

• Verify appropriate documentation is included.

• Monitor comebacks and KPI/Warranty Key Performance Indicators.

• Provide timely and accurate reports and administrative assistance as needed.

• Proactively communicate potential issues with management and other departments via text, email, and/or phone in order to support our goal of providing the best possible customer experience.

• Maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and work space.

• Complete required dealership training.

• Abide by company policy, departmental best practices/procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
