Arlington Heights Ford/Tasca Auto seeking Full-time openings for talented and outgoing individuals to join our multi-location team as a Service BDC Representative. You will be responsible for handling service department calls, emails and leads while maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base. Full training available. Great opportunity! Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.
Contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times.
Take incoming service calls.
Schedule service appointments.
Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.
Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.
Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into service department.
Attend training as requested by manager.
Follows script and instructions from a supervisor.
Previous customer service experience
Excellent team player with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Pleasant, engaging, professional phone manner
Ability to multi-task
Willing to learn and be driven to achieve goals
Strong PC and internet skills
Maintains professional appearance
Arrive to work on time
Ability to follow instructions and receive feedback from supervisor and managers
Interact effectively and professionally with co-workers
Understand and follow company policy and procedures
Automotive dealership experience a plus
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
