Job Description Summary

Provides high quality customer service by processing customer service transactions efficiently and accurately and uncovering cross sell opportunities of bank products or referring customers to other areas of the bank.

Essential Job Functions

  • Processes customer transactions accurately of all deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions in accordance bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Identifies sales and cross selling opportunities and makes qualified referrals to specialist sales partners.

  • Performs outbound calls for service/sales follow up in support of MCCRM goals.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

Work Experience

  • S1 - None Requires limited job knowledge of systems and procedures. Follows basic work routines and standards.

Typically does not require prior experience.

Skills

  • Good customer service skills that includes verbal and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of Bank deposit and credit products; regulatory requirements

  • Results driven

  • Good at building relationships, collaboration and team work

  • Good problem solving skills

We are currently in search of a customer-focused, responsive, technically skilled information technology professional to act as a single point of contact to provide IT support for our Hospitality properties in Breckenridge, Colorado. This role will be on the ground providing service for urgent issues and projects impacting our guests, conference attendees and day-to-day operations at the properties. The role is responsible for oversight, support and maintenance of all guest-facing technology including, but not limited, to property telecommunications, in room guest technology, property signage, cable providers, Wi-Fi, network infrastructure and PBX, and provides backup A/V support as needed including all other initiatives that fall under guest technology. The position works closely with Hospitality, Corporate IT, Conference Services Managers, F&B Managers, Sales Managers, and other business stakeholders on coordination and maintenance for IT Hospitality. Operational Support * IT central point of contact for support and maintenance for our Hospitality properties located in Breckenridge, Colorado. * Supports, maintains and coordinates support for IT Hospitality infrastructure, telecom/PBX and provides planning assistance and backup support/guidance as needed (setup, teardown, maintenance and storage) for A/V. * Supports guest facing and in-room technologies, including high speed internet access, TV, Video on Demand (VOD) and Security controls. * Administers and supports property specific business applications and their deployment. * Provides after hours work and on-call support as required. * Adheres to corporate and PCI/SOX computing standards. Projects * Manages and assists in managing local IT projects. * Works with business users and stakeholders in obtaining and documenting business and technical requirements for IT initiatives. Relationships * Acts as a liaison between local business stakeholders and corporate IT. * Works with 3rd party vendors to order needed technology equipment and services. * Meets with clients coming in for conferences and act as the face of IT * Attends weekly BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings to provide input into setup and best practices.
