The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for Service Associate with Three Leaf Catering by Notre Dame. The UEE division leads the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.
Why this position?
As a Service Associate, you will be a member of a dynamic Center for Culinary Excellence (CCE) operation, supporting the daily operations of Three Leaf Catering. This "back of house" position is critical to ensuring all internal customers as well as diners experience excellent food production and service.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Foster a culture of safety and ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests of CCE
Lead and assist with cleaning all tableware and equipment
Assist with set up and cleaning of dish room
Gather all materials needed and operate dish machine; sort trays, glass, and utensils
Clean kitchen equipment
Empty all trash and recycling containers
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and breaking down carts
