The Role

Tesla is looking for a Service Assistant to work on one of the most progressive vehicles in the world. We are seeking professional customer service experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.   • Vehicle cleaning (wash and minor detailing)

  • Deliver vehicles between production, service and sales operations

  • Parts runner - expedite parts requirements as directed from Parts Operations

  • Clean shop and Parts Operations

  • Truck & Trailer service and maintenance

  • Miscellaneous jobs as required


  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience and insurable

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Great work ethic & team player

  • Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds

Duties Summary Determines continued eligibility; makes referrals to standard community resources and/or professional staff. * The immediate vacancies are located at the Oahu Community Mental Health Center Branch in the Central/Leeward Oahu Treatment Services Section. The function of this organizational segment is to provide a comprehensive system of services and programs in its specified geographical service area to enable adults with severe and persistent mental illness to reside in the least restrictive environment, to develop to their highest potential, and to function as a participating member within the community. * In addition to determining continued eligibility and making referrals to standard community resources, duties also include serving as a role model for consumers and participates as a member o f the interdisciplinary team by providing peer support services which includes assisting consumers in the development of strengths-based individual goals; serving as an advocate, mentor, or facilitator for resolution of issues that peers are unable to resolve on their own; assisting consumers in the development of rehabilitation goals; developing community support; providing education on ways to maintain personal wellness and recovery; providing education on mental health system navigation; and/or providing information for consumers in emergency, community, and/or hospital settings. Minimum Qualification Requirements To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements: Basic Education/Experience: Graduation from high school or experience which demonstrated the ability to read, comprehend and apply written directions, a high degree of verbal skill, and the ability to make basic mathematical computations, including averaging. Specialized Experience: Four (4) years of experience in providing supportive services to social workers, vocational rehabilitation specialists, public housing managers, or other professional workers in such programs as public welfare, family court, vocational rehabilitation, and public housing; e.g., performing clerical tasks in processing various documents, transporting clients and materials to and from various destinations, explaining to clients or tenants the services available, assisting in overseeing group activities such as bowling and swimming.
