Service Assistant

Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 from 11:30AM - 2:30PM.

Open Interviews are being conducted at our sister restaurant

Olivetta - 9010 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Always provides prompt and courteous food & beverage services to every guest by bringing food to table in a timely manner.

• Demonstrates knowledge of menu items.

• Effectively communicates with server regarding guests' needs.

• Quickly clears and re sets tables.

• Informs Supervisor/Manager of any situations that arise or need immediate attention.

• Ensures side work is completed in a timely manner and completed prior to shift end.

• Exhibits extreme care when handling dishware, glassware, silverware, and food product.

• Continually monitors stock levels and obtains supplies from stockroom when needed.

• Always follows department training and safety standards.

Skills & Requirements

• Must have experience in a guest contact position.

• Prior experience in food service preferred.

• Must possess excellent communication skills.

• Must possess a current RBS certification.

• Must possess a current Food Handler card.
