Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite company, is North America's premiere distributor of dock and door equipment, as well as provider of field installation, maintenance, and repair services. To continue our growth, we have an opening for a Service A/R Specialist in our Kent, WA office.
Rite-Hite Service A/R Specialists are responsible for collecting past due invoices from service customers. Working on the phone, email, and web based systems, the Collections Specialist works with the customer to determine the reasons for nonpayment, works with service and sales as needed to rectify any internal causes for nonpayment, and updates records and processes to help ensure future invoices are received in a timely manner.
Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience, prior experience in a field service environment is preferred. In addition, the Service Collections Specialist must have good attention to detail, be well organized, and have strong communication and problem solving skills.
