The Design Thinking Consultant will work with the Optima Transformation Team to educate, guide and embed design thinking approaches to generate creative, practical and effective solutions to our strategy, process, technology and service delivery challenges.

Optima Health is hiring an experienced service design professional for the role of Design Thinking Consultant to join our new Transformation and Growth team in Virginia Beach, VA.


Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Description/Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience centered around design, facilitation, service design or customer experience required. Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience applying design thinking principles and tools to solve client challenges required.

VIEW JOBS 11/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-02-15T00:00 JOB SUMMARY The Bankruptcy Customer Service Representative will be the information link between internal and external customers to include Borrowers, Legal Counsel and Trustees. Communicate daily with customers contacting the Bankruptcy Department to discuss routine customer service issues, payment processing, bankruptcy related questions, and dispute resolution. The Bankruptcy Customer Service Representative works in a fast call center environment with the support of Bankruptcy team and management to resolve common to complex issues for mortgage servicing customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Act as a point of contact for homeowners and other assigned parties * Handle inbound and outbound calls from Bankruptcy customers * Perform customer verifications * Effectively communicate with customers via telephone, email and chat * Provide information in response to inquiries about mortgage products and services * Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints * Maintain customer records by updating account information * Research and resolve customer inquiries related to bankruptcy status * Assist with identifying root causes and explain the best solution to resolve customer concerns in an expedient manner * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource * Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints correctly and in a timely manner * Maintain client/customer focus at all times by taking ownership of all inquiries and proactively following through to resolution * Pipeline Management via Inbound and Outbound phone attempts * Be able to explain the different processes in Bankruptcy * Be able to review the loan on MSP & BKFS LoanShpere in order to explain to the homeowner where they are in the bankruptcy process * Interact with Supervisor and Team Lead to ensure best practices are followed and issues are communicated timely * Learn processes for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and GNMA and Private Investors * Interact with clients and internal departments to address/resolve open items * Be proactive furthering knowledge via corporate training courses and online training * As directed by supervisor, cross-train on and perform other functions * Assist in projects or other duties that may be assigned * All other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of one year work experience in the legal field, bankruptcy or default mortgage servicing or general mortgage servicing * Working knowledge of accepted business practices in the mortgage industry and/or strong understanding of Federal Bankruptcy processes preferred * Proficiency with AACER/PACER or other bankruptcy search tools preferred * Good analytical and written communication skills * Working knowledge of Black Knight LoanSphere * Black Knight-MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) experience preferred * Loan servicing platform knowledge, aware of various loan products, ability to work independently, analytical mindset, organized, and good communication skills * Proficient in MS Office Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook * Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Protection Act preferred * Typing speed 50 WPM * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently to meet business needs * Demonstrated ability to provide attention to detail and concern for accuracy and consistency in results WORK CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
