Service Advisor

CROWN AUTO REPAIR is currently seeking a customer-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and managing automotive service requests. This position requires strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and understand their automotive service needs.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding service options, pricing, and timelines.
• Manage service appointments and schedule repairs efficiently.
• Create estimates and work orders for customer approval.
• Communicate with technicians and coordinate the completion of repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing regular updates on repair progress and addressing any concerns.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
• Collaborate with the parts department to order necessary parts and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Automotive knowledge and understanding of basic vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
