POSITION SUMMARY
Primary point of customer contact for service at MCI. Greets customers on arrival and ensures customer is comfortable. Prepares repair order for in-processing of coach. Ensures customer is always informed as to repair status of coach by communicating the estimate of charges, changes needed to repair order, closes repair order and delivers completed coach to customer. Also attempts to up-sell where possible. Administers warranty claims.
