Service Advisor

Tonkin Gresham Honda has been servicing the Portland Metro's automotive needs for decades and we don't plan on going anywhere! Our dealership has been growing and now is the time to join! We are actively seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service department! Working as our Service Advisor, you would be the main conduit between our guests and our service department - providing customer support and building ROs. The ideal candidate would have prior dealership experience with a great work ethic.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.

• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.

• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.

• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications

Service Advisor Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous Automotive Advising experience is strongly recommended.

• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention-to-detail

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
