Service Administrator

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Service Parts Administrator for a HVAC company in Raleigh. The Service Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

This role offers the opportunity to manage the service administration process and ensure the timely procurement and delivery of parts. Responsibilities Work with vendors to source parts with the quickest turnaround time. Mark up materials and work with any subcontractors needed for the scope of work to get pricing Type the quote in software system and send the quote(s) to the customers for approval.

Track parts and communicate with dispatch if the ETA changes for any reason Work with the warehouse team to check in parts from deliveries and verify that PO and part information is correct. Communicate with dispatch when a job is ready to be scheduled. Process warranty claims.

Requirements Associate's degree preferred. 2-4 years of relatable experience, preferably in an HVAC environment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and team members. Excellent written and verbal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
