Samsung has a growing service network across the country to repair Samsung Mobile products. Samsung Customer Care Team is seeking an individual to help maintain and expand the Walk in Service and other Elite Service initiatives by managing contracts, system set-up; all aspects of onboarding and overall administration of companies in the mobile network.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing and confirming all Mobile service agreements and generating profiles in all systems. Work closely with the account management to ensure that on-boarding and setup processes run smoothly (and quickly) with adequate support.
Collaborate with all internal departments, including field service, warranty team, accounting and systems team to ensure a smooth launch and maintenance of all new accounts and companies.
Work closely with the Field Services directors for support of short and long-term improvements.
Supply accurate and clear reporting on the network and account expansion status.
This role will compile and process all accounting and payments related to program incentives and other payment obligations.
Oversee overall network administration projects and tasks as deemed necessary.
Oversee annual network assessments including but not limited to creating assessment checklists, managing annual schedule, reporting on completion and scoring.
Skills and Qualifications
College degree (Bachelor's) required
Experience in Field Service or administration or contract management preferred
6-12 years of professional experience required. Experience with SAP or comparable system preferred. Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work in a cross-functional, high-demand environment
Collaboratively work with other departments. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers as well as upper management.
Team player that is willing to learn and grow within the Samsung Care team.
Strong Microsoft Excel (including use of pivot tables and formulas), Word, and PowerPoint skills required
Limited travel (various locations)
