ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serving and maintaining service for our guests throughout the function. Insuring guest is receiving quality service.
Breakdown, clearing & cleaning when function is over. Insuring all equipment used is put back to designated area.
Side work required when function is over.
Minimum One (1) years Banquet serving experience. Communication skills. Must speak, read, write and understand English.
Constantly standing, speaking, reading, writing, seeing, hearing, bending, reaching, handling, balancing and eye/hand coordination.
Constantly walking distances up to 3 city blocks, several times during entire shift.
Constantly lifting and carrying trays at shoulder level, up to a maximum of 40 lb. for distances up to 300 ft.
Frequently pushing and pulling carts up to a maximum of 200 lb. for distances up to 300 ft.

Work is performed indoors in a climate controlled environment with occasional temperature changes.
Occasionally work is performed outdoors.
Stand/walk on uneven surfaces.
Moderate Noise Levels.
