Candidates must provide excellent service and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Demonstrates strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion
Needs to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused with constant interruptions
Understanding of hotel restaurant operations; food and beverage knowledge, steps of service, and cash management as it pertains to the selling of food and beverages
Responsible for maintaining exceptional service levels for all events
Continually strive for sales growth by having ongoing knowledge of all current menus
Be perceptive, proactive, and engaging. Anticipate your guest's needs
Set the tone for success with a positive attitude and sincere enthusiasm
Engaging in clear, consistent communications with leadership and restaurant staff
Ensure that each customer is served efficiently and effectively
Be a good example while working alongside team members
Additional Responsibilities:
Any other duties assigned by the manager
Familiarity with restaurant POS software
Must be able to be on feet for the entire length of the shift
Must be able to lift 50lbs
