Come work and be part of the Alba / RTI (River Terrace Inn) team. Our Napa River waterfront location includes 114 rooms, a fitness center and home to the ALBA Restaurant. The RTI is located within walking distance of restaurants, the Culinary Institute of America, Oxbow Public Market, the Napa Valley Wine Train and many other fun filled attractions.

THE JOB

The Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a, courteous, efficient, and professional manner. All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork. As a server, you will report to the Assistant F & B Manager.

This is a Part-time position; please expect weekend and evening shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS - We are looking for individuals with a positive, service-driven attitude who are looking to be a part of creating exceptional experiences for our guests! This role requires high energy, attention to detail, a welcoming personality, and a big smile.

To be successful as a Server at the Alba Restaurant located inside the River Terrace Inn, you must possess prior restaurant serving experience, professional appearance and attitude, familiarity with restaurant terminology and the ability to respond and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner. Willing and able to work a flexible schedule is a must.

Pay:

$18.54 per h/r plus tips
