Server - Part-Time

Fairways of Ironhorse, a unique, boutique independent living community is looking for a bartender/server. Fairways of Ironhorse is a safe, fun and friendly environment, and you will not have to work late hours. This person will perform duties involving serving residents during meal times in a restaurant-style dining room, pub or coffee shop. This person must be comfortable in a dynamic environment and enjoy working with seniors.

Prior bartending experience will be given priority. Must have weekend availability. No late nights.

This person will be responsible for the following:

• Monitors all residents and guests during meal times to assure their needs are met.
• Maintains cooperative relationship with kitchen staff and other staff members in support of good communication and service.
• May deliver meals to apartments if residents are unable to come to the dining room for meals.
• Assists the Chef and/or Executive Director with duties in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Makes cocktails as requested.
