Fireside Grille is a contemporary restaurant offering wood-fired cuisine, American classics and comfort dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Southern Oak is an authentic steakhouse where exquisite taste and an elegant atmosphere provide guests with a treasured experience for dinner Mondays through Fridays only.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and guests

• Takes orders and provides service both graciously and courteously

• Clears all tableware from tables after service

• Maintains all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges

• Answers pertinent questions about menu items

• Completes all assigned cleaning tasks and side work

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred, but not required
