We hire primarily food runners who can grow their career quickly to server. You are enthusiastic and believe that great food is nothing without great hospitality. Runner

You use your ability to multitask and work well in a teamwork environment to help ensure the shift runs like a well-oiled machine. Ensure great looking and great tasting food & drinks are delivered to our Guests at lightning speed!

  • Demonstrate ability to display a positive composure, be highly organized, and task orientated.

  • Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.

  • Ensure Guests' food and drink is delivered as ordered and follow up on any needs or corrections.

  • Create tableside excitement by adding a final garnish to a dish or preparing an easy menu item table side.

  • Always practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with state/local laws and Brinker alcohol policy.

  • Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, ect.

  • Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and/or close.

  • Responsible for side and closing work as assigned and maintaining cleanliness.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Server

You use your menu and drink smarts to guide Guests to make the perfect drink and food choice, and you deliver an experience at the right pace for your Guests.

  • Work as a team member with other Servers, Runners, and Bartenders to engage with Guests in a friendly and attentive manner.

  • Take accurate orders and partner with all Team Members to serve food and beverages that exceed Guest expectations.

  • Demonstrate extensive menu and beverage knowledge.

  • Utilize sales techniques to enhance the Guest experience, up-sell, and meet sales goals.

  • Always practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with state/local laws and Brinker alcohol policy.

  • Responsible for side work as assigned and maintaining cleanliness.

  • Ensure all payments are processed timely, accurately, and correctly. Maintain the confidentiality of Guests' information.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements of Servers & Runners:

  • Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive. Possesses great Guest relations skills.

  • Desire to work in a Team Service atmosphere - support all Team Members by delivering food or drinks, removing unneeded glassware, plate ware or utensils and fulfilling a Guest requests.

  • Have a lively curiosity about food, seasoning, beverages and alcohol and a willingness to learn and share your knowledge

  • It's a restaurant - you will need to stand, walk, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and wipe and be able to lift lbs.

  • Speak and respond clearly to Guests and Team Members. Read and write in English, including reading handwritten notes.

  • Possess a Responsible Alcohol Certificate.

  • Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams paint store, servicing wholesale and retail customers. It will prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately, which involves tinting and mixing paint, preparing draw-downs for submittal to customers, maintaining accurate work order files and formulas, and cleaning, filling and repairing equipment as necessary. This position may also assist with general warehouse, delivery and customer service duties as needed, including loading and unloading of material, and waiting on customers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must have a valid driver's license. * Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status. * Must be willing to work all scheduled hours and required overtime, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Must be able to operate material handling equipment (e.g. hand truck, pallet jack, forkllift, etc.). * Must be able to tint paint, therefore, must be able to distinguish the difference between colors. * Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior experience as a paint mixer with the ability to understand pigment variations and characteristics and the tinting process. * Prior customer service or retail experience.
