What does the ROLE entail?

• Responsible for assisting the Market Stand Café restaurant servers in serving the guest by clearing tables, refilling beverages or delivering food

• Strong guest service orientation

• Fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction

• This role assists with the guest experience by refilling waters, clearing dishes, and resetting tables

Your EXPERIENCE:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time with continuous walking

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to lift and carry 10lbs-20lbs

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and friendly image that will reflect well on the hotel's overall operation
