Overview

We seek the "best of the best" restaurant professionals passionate about food, elevated service, and beverage experiences. Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a motivated, hard-working, and attentive server assistant for our Coastal Italian restaurant Saint Bibiana. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality partners who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, escorting them to their tables

• Prepare dining tables by clearing, cleaning, and re-setting tables

• Assist servers in delivering food to tables, and refilling beverages

• Respond to guest requests and inform management of any service issues

• Ensure the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications

• Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

• Passionate about hospitality, food & beverage and possess a desire to learn

• ability to multitask, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent presentation and grooming standards

• Wine and ServSafe certifications are a plus

• Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas
