Server Assistant - Full Time

Sessions is seeking Server Assistants to join the team!

This position requires exceptional leadership, vision and hands on delivery, interacting with customers, taking orders and serving menu options (both food and drink). Server Assistants are responsible for fostering and developing an exciting, positive, results-based environment for Sessions Restaurant, collaborating with all members of a small, exclusive operational team. Must possess strong personal organization, genuine hospitality, and care for service and people at large. Understands and implements traditional and contemporary luxury/lifestyle standards. This is a hands-on role.This person must amplify the talent to take care of guests with discretion and poise and have the capability to share their talent and skill set with on call staff while ensuring consistency and all standards are adhered to. Their leadership and expertise will be instrumental in helping develop and fulfill the short term as well as long range goals for the Summit Skywalker Ranch, including the guest service philosophy and European style of service.

Schedule: Shifts: Must be available Wed-Sunday and additional days/shifts as needed for coverage for main dining or events.

Rate: 18.07 + 60% Top Pool
