What you'll do:

• Own the US customer projects Serial Products portfolio and act as the single-point-of-contact

• Lead a cross-functional team consisting of local and off-shore engineers

• Own the forecasting, budget, and personnel management for US Serial Product projects

• Chair the US Change Control Board and represent the US in the Global Change Control Board

• Execute product changes and release BOMs to manufacturing

• Lead VAVE workshops to establish and achieve annual VAVE financial goals

• Track and review monthly VAVE status with Senior Management

• Establish warranty cost targets with OEMs then track and review performance and recommend improvements

• Track and review Serial Product health and trends with US Customer Projects, Senior Management and OEMs on a monthly basis

• Lead warranty and 0km analysis activities to ensure proper root cause determination & CIP actions

• Drive suppliers to address quality issues on-time and on-quality, and escalate to Senior Management

• Collaborate with Global Serial Product colleagues to develop, improve and deploy standard procedures and methods

• Manage Field Investigation Engineer and support Legal Team with compliance related items

• Own & update list of open points for supplier, internal and customer meetings & facilitate completion of tasks

• Ensure Veoneer standards are respected in the development process.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Preferred Experience: 5 years Project Management

• Customer focus: Understand customer needs and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations
