Seo/Sem Manager

We are seeking an experienced SEO/SEM Manager to join our team. As an SEO/SEM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. Your goal will be to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve overall website performance.

As an SEO/SEM Manager you will:

• Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams and ensure optimal keyword usage.

• Technical SEO Optimization: Review and address technical SEO issues on our website, recommending necessary fixes.

• Content Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to enhance search engine visibility.

• Offsite and Onsite Optimization: Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects, including link-building efforts.

• Data Collection and Reporting: Collect data on website traffic, rankings, and other SEO-related metrics. Provide regular reports to track performance.

• Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with social media and PPC teams to optimize integrated marketing campaigns.

• Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends to stay ahead of the curve.

You are a strong fit for the role if you have:

• Proven Experience: Previous experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or in a similar role.

• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard and current SEO practices.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant tools such as Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Leadership Abilities: Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
