CDK Global is hiring an SEO / Earned Marketing Team Manager!
The Earned Marketing Team Manager (EMTM) is responsible for managing a team of Earned Marketing specialists (SEO analysts and Social Media Marketing specialists) who deliver ongoing customized digital marketing services to our clients. The EMTM will be responsible for managing their associate's compliancy to follow all departmental processes and company policies in providing the highest level of digital marketing services.
Responsibilities include the development of Earned Marketing strategies and overseeing the implementation of initiatives; Ensures that optimization opportunities are identified and initiatives taken to increase search engine ranking and directs search engine performance tracking and assesses search outcomes related to sites or advertising/marketing campaigns. Additionally, the EMTM selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function and will regularly review each associates performance and quality of work and goals attainment and manage their expectations and career development opportunities.
