Location: Preferably hybrid in Charlotte NC Open to remote flexibility with monthly travel to Charlotte. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 4 SEO professionals, to drive SEO strategies for loan products. Develop and execute innovative SEO strategies for organic growth, collaborating with editorial, design, and development teams to launch new initiatives.

Oversee the optimization and performance tracking of organic search landscapes, identifying opportunities to drive valuable traffic and business results. Guide and mentor team members, ensuring they have the resources and support to execute SEO strategies effectively and autonomously. Continuously analyze SEO data, providing insights and actionable solutions to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics, with a focus on personalized, long-tail content journeys.

Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on organic search and content-driven SEO strategies. Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering collaboration across departments. Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to identify trends and prescribe actionable solutions to improve performance.

Ability to innovate and drive new strategies forward, with experience in creating and executing strategies beyond traditional SEO playbooks. In-house SEO experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
