Your Day-to-Day:

  • Grow organic search traffic to a given portfolio of large consumer internet brands, primarily the CNET Media Group.

  • Acting as the SEO Commerce subject matter, communicating on all SEO topics and associated revenue opportunities. This may include On Page SEO, Technical SEO, Accessibility, User Experience, Analytics, Link Building and Content Production.

  • Evaluate the audience demand and revenue landscapes to determine market opportunities

  • Produce comprehensive technical SEO audits, specs, and requirements for product, engineering, and editorial teams, guiding projects through conclusion.

  • Monitoring SEO trends and staying ahead of best practices to identify new opportunities to improve targeting, production, and audience generation.

  • Audit existing campaigns across multiple properties and give recommendations for improving audience and revenue.

  • QA on all SEO changes both in the pre production environment and on the live site

  • Collaborate with SEO, SEM, Business Development, and other Audience Acquisition teams

Key Projects:

  • Produce and report on appropriate KPI's associated with SEO commerce audience and revenue growth.

  • Develop documentation to help stakeholder teams understand processes and best practices.


What you bring to the team:

You have -

  • 5+ years proven track record of optimizing large consumer internet brands

  • Proven experience in e-commerce and affiliate marketing

  • Notable experience working with high quality editorial teams

  • Ability to communicate, demonstrate, and articulate on SEO philosophies and best practices

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter with a strong drive for results and success

You might also have -

  • Experience with large media organizations, editorial teams, and e-commerce/affiliate marketing

  • Experience in evaluating market and audience demands

Position Overview Isobar is looking for SEO specialists who are interested in applying their marketing and technical expertise to develop and support enterprise-class search engine optimization programs for our clients. The Senior SEO Analyst will be responsible for driving strategy, planning and execution of search engine optimization projects for various clients at Isobar. The position requires someone with thought leadership capabilities to develop innovative ways of improving client rankings and visibility in the search engines, and be able to execute and enhance Isobar's SEO/SEM marketing approach. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in strategic and technical aspects of the search engine marketing industry, ranging from day-to-day tasks (keyword research and analysis, site audits, content audits), defining and implementing strategic components (SEO reviews, user analysis, keyword targeting models) to technical implementation of SEO best practices for clients. The Senior SEO Analyst will be responsible for conducting extensive audits and provide recommendations to enhance the standing of client websites in natural search listings. Candidates must be detail-oriented, team-oriented, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be willing to travel from time-to-time to support client projects. Candidates will join a growing marketing strategy team and assist in expanding the search engine marketing and interactive marketing activities for clients.
