SEO Analyst, $60,000 - $70,000 yearly

R+L Carriers is expanding its Information Technology Department and has an immediate opening for an SEO Analyst at our Ocala, FL Service Center. Successful candidates will work within the Information Technology Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategically analyze client websites and provide recommended SEO/SEM strategies for improving organic website rankings for targeted keywords, visitor engagement, lead conversions, etc. Use search engine optimization tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Adwords Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush and others to perform research and develop strategies for clients.

• Implement SEO/SEM strategies including writing meta data, optimizing website copy, implementing header and image tags, setting up and syncing Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager/Adwords/Webmaster Tools, setting up conversion goals and tracking, etc.

• Monitor progress based on KPIs and continually make recommendations for improvement. Create monthly client reports demonstrating performance on key SEO/SEM objectives.

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.

• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and ongoing optimization of PPC campaigns.

• Implement Local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results, including optimizing Google My Business profiles, managing online reviews, and optimizing local citations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated and core understanding of the Google search algorithm

• Search Engine Optimization experience with Google and Bing

• Experience using white hat SEO techniques to improve website placement in SERPs

• Experience with successful management of Google Adwords campaigns and proving ROI

• Experience with local SEO optimization

• Expertise working with GTM Data Layer

• Experience setting up, tracking, and reporting on website conversion goals through Google Analytics and Adwords

• Demonstrated self-starter with a passion for helping clients be successful

• Excellent customer service skills necessary

• Must be team-oriented, able to work in fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to stay current with SEO/SEM trends, evaluating applicable strategies for use with our clients

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
