S Inc. has an immediate opening for a Sensor Fuzed Weapon Analyst to support our on- going programs on Redstone Arsenal, AL
Description:
The Sensor Fuzed Weapon Analyst Position works within the Precision Guides and Rockets (PGMR) Product Office, Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office, PEO, Missile and Space and provides SETA support to the GMLRS APM who is responsible for GMLRS Development efforts.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the management of missile tactical software version development, integration, and testing and the deployment/fielding of those versions.
Use of Microsoft Project in the assessment of developed software schedules.
Management of software requirements.
Support integration testing with STORM launchers.
Application of risk management tools to assess development and performance risks.
Provide support to budget analyst in cost determinations for tactical software projects.
Travel at 10% or less.
Qualifications:
15 years of relevant experience and Master's degree in engineering, science, math, management, business or other related weapon system discipline from an accredited college or university.
Or 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's of Science degree in above fields from an accredited college or university.
7 years of experience in one or more functional areas such as system engineering, management, system analysis, strategic planning, integrated logistics, modeling and simulation, and/or test and evaluation for relevant programs.
5 years of experience with payload integration for weapon systems and working within an IPT structure to addresses issues/path forward.
3 years of experience developing budgetary estimates/documentation for programs and supporting assessment and updating or program schedules.
1 year of experience dealing with FMS or Cooperative programs.
Must have a Secret Security Clearance.
