Tetra Tech is seeking to add a senior-level energy efficiency expert to direct impact evaluations of energy efficiency programs for utilities, commissions and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is well-established in the industry.
Lead the execution of impact evaluations of demand response and energy efficiency improvements to accurately calculate and verify energy and demand savings
Manage project teams and oversee subcontractors who are conducting a variety of impact evaluation activities and energy analyses to deliver against project scope on time and budget
Complete deliverables that provide clients a cohesive story that both inform and present realistic paths forward.
Mentor new and mid-level consulting staff in understanding how to calculate and verify energy and demand savings. Mentoring through one-on-one training or by hosting internal trainings to groups of staff.
Support and/or lead proposals and business development related to impact evaluation
Build professional network of clients and manage a productive relationship
Provide thought leadership by authoring conference papers, white papers, and webinars
Represent Tetra Tech at industry events and stay abreast of research designs, and energy legislation and policy
Minimum of 10 years in energy sector
Comprehensive knowledge of IPMVP protocols, energy calculations, energy modeling, measurement and verification (M&V), TRMs, demand savings, and statistical analysis
Experience implementing or evaluating energy efficiency, demand response, and other clean energy programsresidential, commercial, and industrial
Field data collection administration
