Senior/Lead Controls Engineer

Performs plant floor troubleshooting, training, problem solving, and root cause analysis for welding and joining processes. Must be able to Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, robots, conveyor systems, production machines and other equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical systems including, but not limited to three-phase motors, start/stop circuits, AC/DC drives, running electrical conduit, and read electrical prints. Daily record all line calls, work orders, PM's & work history electronically in eMaintenance System. Requirements Need robotic programming experience.

Fanuc robot experience in the automotive. Journeyman’s Card -OR - 3-5 years of experience of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant. Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, certification (Preferred).
